A COMTEMPORARY RURAL DWELLING

The house sits in a newly planted native woodland which acts as it's garden. A double gabled wall looks to the road and the entrance, echoing vernacular rural buildings. The living spaces face south with large windows and sliding doors giving easy access to external spaces which enjoy sun from early morning to late evening. A charred timber cladding and timber frame structure create a sustainable building in a rural location.
